• What makes Playgroup different from other classes?

  Unlike short classes, Puppy Playgroup runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. once a week for four weeks. Your pup spends the day playing, swimming, socialising, and gaining gentle exposure to handling and vet clinic life—all while supervised by our expert team.

• What does a typical day look like?

  Your puppy will experience a balanced mix of guided socialisation, gentle exposure to new sights and sounds, hydrobath and learn-to-swim training, nurse play-exams, and lots of enrichment and rest. We also give you a detailed report of how they did and what they enjoyed most.

• What should I bring to the Playgroup?

  Please bring your puppy’s vaccination certificate, a secure harness and lead, soft training treats, and a labelled bag with their lunch and any comfort items they may need for the day. This helps us keep your pup happy, well-fed, and settled throughout their full-day adventure.

• Is my pet safe around other animals?

  Yes. Group size is small and carefully matched by temperament. Our team supervises every moment of interaction to ensure safe, calm, and positive social experiences. We use veterinary-grade cleaning products between groups to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
