What’s Included
Our goal is positive socialisation—gently introducing your puppy to new dogs, people, and everyday situations in a way that builds confidence and reduces fear, stress, and anxiety later in life. You’ll play a big role at home too, reinforcing lessons like toilet training, bite inhibition, and loose-lead walking.
What to Expect
- Safe, supervised socialisation and enriching play
- Gentle behaviour shaping and early manners training
- Hands-on handling: nurse play-exams, feeding, bathing and swim training
- Confidence-building through positive vet familiarisation
- Activities that support both mental stimulation and physical development

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Is Puppy Kinder right for my dog?
Puppy Kinder is designed for dogs aged 4 to 8 months—an important stage where early habits become routines. Your pup may be entering adolescence and testing boundaries, so this is a great time to reinforce calm social behaviour, boost confidence, and build skills in a low-pressure environment.
-
Do I stay during the session?
Nope! Puppy Kinder is a full-day drop-off program.
Your pup spends a full, enriching day with our expert team while you enjoy a well-deserved break. These positive, extended separations help your dog build confidence, resilience, and independence in a safe, supportive environment.
Please don’t forget to pack your puppy’s lunch and any comfort items they may need to help them settle in for the day.
-
What will my puppy learn?
Your pup will develop calm social manners, polite play habits, and gain exposure to gentle handling and clinic-friendly experiences (like mock exams and basic grooming). It’s all about confidence-building and smooth transitions into adulthood.
-
What’s included in a session?
Expect a mix of safe social play, gentle behaviour shaping, and confidence-building exposure to new experiences. Our team keeps things fun, structured, and stress-free.
-
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes—please bring your puppy on a standard leash with a secure harness or collar, soft training treats, and their up-to-date vaccination record.
Since it's a full-day program, we also recommend packing a labelled lunch and a familiar toy or comfort item to help your pup feel settled and at home throughout the day.
-
Do puppies need to be fully vaccinated to attend?
Yes, all puppies must begin their vaccination schedule before attending class. We follow veterinary guidelines for early socialisation, which support safe participation after your puppy’s first vaccination. You'll need to provide a valid vaccination certificate at the time of enrolment, and your puppy must stay up to date with their boosters throughout the course.
To keep every pup safe, our training areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between groups using veterinary-grade bactericidal and virucidal products. Your puppy’s health is just as important to us as their happiness and overall well-being.
-
What if my pup needs more behavioural support?
If you notice signs of anxiety, fear, or other behaviours that concern you, we recommend booking a Behaviour Consultation for tailored one-on-one support from our qualified team.
