• How long is each swimming session?

  Each swim session is 15 minutes or 30 minutes if it's their first time.  Unless your pup is used to swimming, they might find themselves happily worn out after just a few minutes, so this means you've got plenty of time for learning, play and rest breaks!

  Please remember to arrive earlier so you can fill out the necessary forms and your pup has time to put their jacket on.

• Can I swim with my dog?

  You are not able to get into the water with your dog,  however we encourage pet parents to join the fun! Your presence is essential to guide your furry friend and to watch, cheer, and capture those precious moments.

• What happens if my dog is afraid of water?

  Certain dogs may feel uneasy about water, and it's important to introduce them gradually.  The pool has a specially designed entry ramp and flotation device, and along with ample patience and positive reinforcement, you can ensure a stress-free experience for your furry friend.

• Are there any prerequisites or preparations before a swim?

  Basic grooming and vaccinations are required, and of course please reschedule if your pup has had diarrhoea or has been vomiting.  We want to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone. 

• What safety measures are in place at the swimming pool?

  Safety is our top priority! Before your first session, you'll need to complete a safety briefing by our team to ensure you and your pup's safety.  Life vests are also provided and must be worn.

• How do I schedule a swim session for my dog?
