Terms & Conditions
To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, we have established the following policy for appointments:

Conditional Deposit
A conditional deposit is required to secure your pet’s procedure/surgery appointment at VetLand Hospital & Emergency. This deposit will be credited towards your procedural invoice on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Notice
Any appointment changes or cancellations will require a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows us to remain available for other pets who may be in need for an appointment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel your procedure/surgery within 72 hours of the scheduled time, or do not attend your appointment at the scheduled time, the paid deposit will be forfeit as a late cancellation fee.

Rebooking
To reschedule your appointment, please call us on (03) 8595 6655. We will be happy to assist you in finding a new appointment time that suits you and your pet. A cancellation fee will also apply if notice is less than 72 hours.

Refund of Deposit
If you cancel your appointment 72 or more hours prior to appointment time, you can opt to have the deposit applied as a credit to your account, or a refund can be processed in-person within VetLand Hospital and Emergency.
Please note that for security reasons we are unable to process refunds remotely.

Bank Fees
Bank fees and surcharges are non-refundable.
