• I can’t find the appointment that I’m looking for?

• My pet is really sick, but I can’t find any open appointments?

  As much as we possibly can, we will always endeavour to be there when you need us most. Walk-in patients are promptly triaged by a trained nurse and, similar to an human emergency hospital, are seen based on their urgency of need. Before embarking on your journey, be sure to call our client experience team on (03) 8595 6655 and let us know that you need help with your very sick pet.

• I need to book a procedure or surgery for my pet, how can I do this?

• I’ve not been to the clinic before, but am seeking a second-opinion on my pet’s health, am I welcome?

  You absolutely are welcome to come in for an assessment with Dr. Vicky or Dr. Miranda’s consulting teams. As our most experienced veterinarians and hospital leaders, you can trust that you and your fur family will be in the best hands. For the best experience from your consultation, be sure to have your pet’ medical history forwarded to the clinic well ahead of time so that it can be thoroughly reviewed.

• I have been to the clinic recently, and need to book a recheck appointment, how can I do that?
